	Announcement	'08 Fighter Verses (18)
	Summer Celebration, our summer Sunday School for all ages, will begin on Sunday, July 13. The morning begins with coffee served from 8:45 – 9:00 a.m. Each week a different family or group will present a short program at 9:00. In past years we have heard from our Ukraine Team, Youth Missions Team, Global Focus Partners, and families who share about their recent travels. We also kick-off our annual VBS during Summer Celebration. The Spiritual Growth Ministries Team is recruiting volunteers to serve coffee and rolls or muffins. Volunteers are needed from July 13 through August 24. Contact Blair Johnson by Sunday, June 1 if you are available to serve.	Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. (Ephesians 4:3) NOTE: All verses quoted from the New International Version

	THE ABCs OF BECOMING A CHRISTIAN
	A - ADMIT Admit to God that you are a sinner. Repent, turning away from your sin. (Romans 3:23; 6:23; Acts 3:19; 1 John 1:9)	B-BELIEVE Believe that Jesus is God's Son and accept God's forgiveness from sin. (John 3:16; John 14:6; Acts 4:12; Romans 5:8; Ephesians 2:8-9; John 1:11-13)	C-CONFESS Confess your faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. (Romans 10:9-10, 13)
	Everyone, regardless of age, must be convicted of sin by the Holy Spirit. To become a Christian, a person must believe that Jesus' death paid the penalty for sin and that God raised Jesus from the dead, and make a lifetime decision to let Jesus control his or her life.
