Pastor Kent Johnson and his family joined the ministry of FBC in July 2013. As the Family Life Pastor, Kent’s passion is to love and serve people by equipping and empowering them to grow in their relationship to God, other believers, and those far from God. By doing this, Pastor Kent believes God’s people will see real life change in every aspect.
Kent and his wife, Heather, have been married for 8 years. Kent and Heather have three young children: Evelyn, Phinehas, and Adele. Pastor Kent received a B.A. in Ministry from Northwestern College. Kent and Heather enjoy investing in people and spending time together as a family.
Being new to Roseau from the Twin Cities, Kent and Heather are eager to plant roots for their family by making new friends and exploring God’s will for their family here in northern Minnesota. Most of all, they look forward to many years of growth and kingdom building as they connect with others in the church and the community.
