A SPECIAL GIFT
Our brothers and sisters at Hope City Church are still diligently working to piece together the “House of Hope” in Duluth. God’s hand continues to guide as they work to provide a daytime outreach center for their community. We would like to collect, for the month of November, a monetary gift to send to them in December. A special collection jar will be set out during our Wednesday night gatherings. I you would like to learn more about the House of Hope, have a chat with any of our youth who served there this summer, or visit Hope City’s site online.

HARVEST FESTIVAL
We hope you’ll join us for this year’s Harvest Festival. Kevin
and Natasha Land will be visiting! Kevin is a former Associate Pastor of FBC and ministered to our youth back in the day. He currently works with Adult & Teen Challenge in Minneapolis. Other things to look forward to at Harvest Festival is delicious pie and sweet fellowship to follow.

THIS GIRL
Speaking of sweet fellowship … A mini retreat is being held for 9th-12th grade girls called “This Girl Set Free.” It will be hosted here at FBC, Friday, November 21st at 5:30 p.m. through Saturday, November 22nd at 3:00 p.m. There is a registration
fee of $25 and registration is required by November 16th. For more info, please contact Margie Dunham at 218-242-3941

SERVICE DAY
Come decorate the church with us! Join us for lunch at 12:30 p.m., on December 3rd and spend the afternoon singing along to Christmas hymns while we light up all the Christmas trees!

CHRISTMAS PROGRAM
Actors and actresses are needed for this year’s Christmas program! If that’s you, contact Hope Zavertnik at 218-537-8316 ASAP.

CHRISTMAS PARTY
Our party this year will involve our secret prayer partners! Barbara will be the secret keeper and will make sure everyone who wants to be involved has a partner. Keep an eye on our FB group for more info.

NEW YEARS
Ya’ll have been waiting so patiently for one and here it is. We’re excited to be hosting a youth lock-in this year! We’ll begin at 6:30 p.m. like we always do on a Wednesday evening and stay through the night. More details to come!

“Teach me your way, O LORD,
that I may walk in your truth,
unite my heart to fear your name.
I give thanks to you, O Lord my God,
with my whole heart,
and I will glorify your name forever.”
Psalm 86:11-12
